Yes. Classic photography from $250 includes photos, measurements and drone subject to feasibility. Floor plan and Reel remain optional. No paid add-ons are preselected.
The price covers the listed services. Starting prices cover up to and including 2,500 sq. ft. of interior space to photograph, including the finished basement. No. Signature includes a 20–30-second vertical preview filmed during the same visit. For a full presentation with dedicated filming, choose Cinematic or Video only from $700. The à la carte Reel starts at $249.
Photos: 24 to 48 hours. Standard real estate video: 5 business days. Scripted films and social content: schedule agreed during the brief. Rush requests must be confirmed before filming; the form does not guarantee them.
Aerial photography depends on the location, permissions and weather. David checks feasibility before confirming the project. Content and pricing are adjusted together if aerial photographs cannot be taken.
No. No account or payment is required. Your inquiry is saved on the site; David then confirms the content, final price and date before you agree. The site does not automatically activate a booking or subscription.
Choose a package, then useful additions. Drone and already included services are never charged twice. The total remains an estimate before taxes and any travel fees; David confirms the price before you agree.
Yes. Essential from $399: photos, drone, measurements, floor plan and one virtual twilight. Signature from $649 adds a short Reel. Cinematic from $1,095 adds a full property film. Drone is included, subject to feasibility. Scripted productions start at $2,500.
The starting rate is $15 per room. Enter the number of rooms; the number of views, complexity and revisions will be confirmed before you commit. The image is identified as virtual, with no structural changes.
Only the With filming plans, in grouped sessions. Editing only plans require preselected footage and topics supplied by you. Publishing, community management and advertising budgets are not included.
