Show the complete project
The shot list begins with the design intent. An exterior places the building in context; an interior explains the layout; a closer composition shows a material, joint or finish. The brief identifies what your portfolio needs to communicate.
Share useful plans, important materials and priority rooms. Complementary views tell the story without repeating the same angle.
Plan the light, preparation and access
Building orientation and available light influence the order of the shoot. Identify key elevations, access restrictions and times when rooms are clear. A twilight session is scheduled separately when it supports the project.
Prepare surfaces, glazing and finishes before the session. For an operating business, also discuss staff or visitors on site and the permissions required.
Create images for their intended use
Specify the channels: portfolio, website, project presentation, social media or advertising. Horizontal views, vertical compositions and details can be planned around those needs.
The quote defines the final selection, editing, formats, revisions and usage rights. Discuss sharing images with other project participants during the brief.
A different scope from listing photography
Listing photography presents a property for sale. An architectural assignment also documents design decisions and may need additional preparation, lighting and finishing. Pricing is therefore specific to the project.
Provide the location, number of spaces, deadline and intended uses. Photography, video and aerial views can be combined where useful. Travel fees may apply for longer distances. They are confirmed with you before the booking.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with designers and builders?
Yes. The brief can cover an interior design, an architectural project or the details of a completed build.
Can we plan both daytime and twilight photography?
Yes, as agreed in the quote. These require different shooting times; a virtual day-to-evening transformation is a separate service.
How do I get a quote?
Send the location, spaces to cover, intended image uses and deadline. David will confirm the production scope and price before you agree.
Tell us about the project.
Choose the content you need, then share the city and your contact details. Your inquiry is submitted directly to David. He will confirm the date and final price.
