Photos explain the rooms and their proportions. Measurements and a floor plan help readers understand the layout; a Reel offers a short preview, while a film connects the spaces in a fuller presentation. Choose deliverables for your listing rather than adding options for their own sake.
House, condo or luxury property: share the priority rooms, exterior features and preferred date. Drone is included in real estate services, subject to flight feasibility and the content of the package.
A session planned around your property
In Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Brossard, Beloeil or elsewhere on the South Shore, preparation starts with the address and access. For a condo, arrange parking, elevator access and permission for common spaces. For a house, identify terraces, outbuildings and areas to show.
Based in Lacolle, I travel to the project. Photos are normally delivered in 24–48 hours; a standard real estate film follows a 5-business-day schedule. Urgent deadlines must be agreed before filming.
Architecture and businesses, too
Builder, designer or business owner? A portfolio session does not always serve the same purpose as a property listing. Materials, construction details, spaces and intended image uses are defined in a tailored quote.
For twilight photography, I plan an on-location session with flash lighting. This is separate from the virtual twilight image included in selected packages.

Before we begin.
What should I budget for a South Shore session?
Classic photography from $250, Essential from $399, Signature from $649 and Cinematic from $1,095 CAD. Starting prices cover up to 2,500 sq. ft. of interior space to photograph, including the finished basement. A surcharge applies above that; over 4,000 sq. ft. and special projects require a quote. Taxes and any travel fees are extra.
Is travel always included?
Travel fees may apply for longer distances. They are confirmed with you before the booking. Any applicable amount is confirmed for the project address.
Is my date booked as soon as I send the form?
No. Your inquiry helps define the project. David confirms availability, deliverables and pricing before you agree.
