Drone photography and video

Drone photography and video for real estate

Aerial views put a property in context: its position, outdoor spaces and relationship to its surroundings. David integrates drone photos or footage into real estate production where flying is feasible at the property address.

Scope, date and final price confirmed before you agree.

When an aerial view is useful

An aerial angle can show the relationship between a house, its garden, outbuildings or a waterfront. It complements ground-level photography when the layout of the grounds matters to the presentation.

Images provide a visual perspective. They do not replace a cadastral plan or location certificate; property boundaries must come from reliable documents.

Aerial photos and video footage

Aerial photos support listing presentations and printed or digital materials. Video adds movement and can introduce a property or connect exterior sequences in a film.

Specify the features and formats you need. A short Reel does not automatically cover the same scope as a complete property film.

Confirm feasibility before the session

The exact address helps assess location constraints and necessary permissions. Weather, obstacles and conditions on site also affect whether aerial capture can go ahead.

Serving an area does not guarantee a flight at every property. If aerial capture is not possible, David agrees on the project content and arrangements with you.

Inclusions and travel

Drone is included in real estate services subject to feasibility: aerial photos in photography packages and aerial filming in services that include a film. Your specific coverage is confirmed with the package.

Commercial assignments, land and special requests require a defined quote. Travel fees may apply for longer distances. They are confirmed with you before the booking.

Frequently asked questions

Can you fly a drone in Montréal?

It depends on the address, location constraints, permissions and conditions on the day. Feasibility is assessed for each project, not guaranteed across a city.

What happens in poor weather?

David discusses the options and arrangements with you based on conditions. Rescheduling or adapting the shoot must be agreed; it is not automatic.

Is drone an extra charge in real estate packages?

No. It is included subject to feasibility and the content of the package. The configurator does not charge for it a second time.

Tell us about the project.
