For a home or chalet, we identify the features to include: living spaces, views, terrace, access and outbuildings. A film can connect interiors and exteriors; aerial views help explain the grounds when flying is feasible.
A landscape photo does not replace useful room views. The selection should make the property understandable as well as convey its atmosphere. Property boundaries must come from reliable documents, not be inferred from an aerial image.
Plan the light, season and access
Share important views, orientation, occupancy periods and access limitations. For a chalet or a home used part-time, arrange someone on site or clear entry instructions, and prepare the rooms before arrival.
Real twilight photography requires specific timing. In winter, or when exterior views are central to the project, weather and site preparation are discussed before the session. Drone capture remains subject to conditions and feasibility at the address.
Travel planned ahead, pricing made clear
I am based in Lacolle and travel to projects in the Eastern Townships. Send the municipality, interior area to photograph, content needs and deadline. I then confirm availability and travel arrangements. These are service areas, not a local office in Estrie.
Travel fees may apply for longer distances. They are confirmed with you before the booking.
From property listing to architectural portfolio
Real estate packages serve listing needs. For an architect, builder, designer or hospitality business, the brief instead defines the spaces, lighting work and image uses. These productions are individually quoted.
Photos, a film and aerial views can be combined in one proposal when appropriate. Urgent deadlines, free travel and drone flights are not automatically guaranteed.

Do you photograph chalets and homes in the Eastern Townships?
Yes. Share the municipality, spaces to cover and deadline. Production and travel arrangements are confirmed before you agree.
Do the starting prices apply in Estrie?
Classic photography from $250, Essential from $399, Signature from $649 and Cinematic from $1,095 CAD. Starting prices cover up to 2,500 sq. ft. of interior space to photograph, including the finished basement. A surcharge applies above that; over 4,000 sq. ft. and special projects require a quote. Taxes and any travel fees are extra. Travel is confirmed separately for the location.
Can we plan daytime and twilight images?
Yes, as specified in the quote for the property and shooting times. Real twilight photography and virtual twilight are distinct services.
